This policy describes the cookies and third-party features used by Laudin AI ("the platform") and how you control consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies and similar technologies are small files stored in your browser. We use a first-party cookie (laudin_consent) solely to record your consent choices.
2. CATEGORIES
(a) Essential — required for authentication, security and basic functionality (Supabase session). Always on; not subject to consent.
(b) Functional — address suggestions via Google Maps/Places. Loaded only with your consent; when used, your search is sent to Google.
(c) Monitoring — error reports via Sentry, for platform stability. Loaded only with your consent.
3. LEGAL BASIS
Essential cookies: legitimate interest / performance of the service. Functional and monitoring cookies: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; art. 7, I and art. 8 LGPD), which you may freely give or refuse and withdraw at any time, without affecting essential functionality.
4. THIRD PARTIES
Google (maps/addresses) and Sentry (error monitoring). Some of these providers process data outside Brazil (USA/European Union), covered by contractual safeguards (standard data protection clauses). An up-to-date list of sub-processors is maintained by the platform.
5. YOUR CONTROL
You can accept, refuse or adjust the non-essential categories at any time via the banner or the cookie preferences panel. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days; after that, or if the categories change, we ask again.
6. CONTACT
