Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Laudin AI platform by veterinary clinics and their patients/tutors. The platform operates globally; governing-law and venue provisions vary by jurisdiction (see section 9). 1. SERVICE Laudin AI is a SaaS platform that assists in the creation, signing and delivery of veterinary reports, with optional use of artificial intelligence. 2. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITY The technical and clinical responsibility for the report rests exclusively with the responsible veterinary physician, duly registered with the competent professional council (for example, CRMV in Brazil; an equivalent body in other jurisdictions). The AI is an auxiliary tool — it does not replace clinical judgment. 3. USE BY TUTORS Access to the report via the public portal is conditional on acceptance of the Privacy Policy. The access link is confidential and individual; do not share. 4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE Reports may be signed electronically via ZapSign (partner). The legal validity of the signature follows the law applicable in each jurisdiction — in Brazil, MP 2.200-2/2001 (ICP-Brasil) and Law 14.063/2020; in the European Union, the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014); in the United States, the ESIGN Act and UETA. 5. AVAILABILITY We strive to keep the platform operational, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows may occur. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The content of the reports belongs to the clinic and the patient/tutor. The platform and its code belong to Laudin AI. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Laudin AI is not liable for inappropriate clinical use of the platform. For proven direct damages caused by platform failure, liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months of subscription. 8. CHANGES These terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. 9. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE For clinics established in Brazil, Brazilian law applies and the venue is the judicial district of the contracting clinic's city. For clinics established in other jurisdictions, the law and competent courts of the clinic's place of establishment apply, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer- and data-protection rules applicable to the tutor.
